These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website itralay.com (the “Site”) operated by Itralay (“Itralay”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

Itralay is a perfume and fragrance business based in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India, offering attars, perfume oils, aroma oils, dhoop sticks, sambrani cups, room fresheners, bakhoor and related products for sale through the Site.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and Pricing

We try to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices displayed on the Site are accurate. However, fragrance perception, colours and packaging may vary slightly from images shown, and we do not warrant that all details are error-free at all times. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time without prior notice, though such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity). Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay), which supports cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets. We do not store your complete payment credentials. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received and you have received an order confirmation from us.

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems; (c) post or transmit harmful code, or (d) misuse any coupon, offer, or promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We are not responsible for adverse reactions arising from misuse or from undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India, without prejudice to any rights you may have to approach a consumer forum or authority under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
